start was cutting out the rot, grind it down, made a template and folded it in

The famous race bike Gunga Din, F10AB/1A/71, was the first Vincent with Mark 2 (Lightning) cams








the most famous Vincent there ever was Gunga Din
here are a few shots of the factory lightening of the internals
this fender is a Gunga exclusive item
notice the ONLY wire is the ignition wire no lights no battery
only wish I had a better shot of the race magneto, a work of golden art
she will be put together and most likely never be "opened" to the public again
you can see her at Pebble Beach
