yup the bearing is to far out the case had to come apart (I am getting good at this) bearing adjusted and resealed and the bearing retainer went on perfectly
finished off with the gear selector and the drum stopper and got a coffee in me
yes I did clean up all the excess Hylomar as seen on the side of the bearing
