Vespa 42Ltr top case install
1) As delivered 1, 2010 Vespa GTS 300 Super Sans rack
2) you need a #2 Phillips and a T30 torx to install the rack
3) remove black bumpers, yes there are holes in the rack
4) slide nut brackets on to the lower clamp
5) tighten down with wavy washers under phillips screw
6) Stick rubber bumper on case (it is a lot smaller than the photo)
7) drill out the 9mm (3/8ths for me) holes and put spacers in (I put a washer on top of that)
8) mount to frame with square nuts then use lock nuts to secure (10mm deep socket)
9) Case installed
10) waiting on my light kit install now
BTW case, bracket and good karma came from the New Mgmt at Vespa boston (does not feel like a used car super store anymore)

yes award winning Vespa GTS 300 Super
Well my scooter won Best Scooter at Larz Anderson European Motorcycle day! (the trophy is on the running board)
it has a front and rear folding rack, tall wind screen, floor mat, and cowl crash bars all are Vespa OEM
the Pipe is a PM Tunning and has the ECU upgrade to go with the extra power, yes this pipe is not available in the US and had to be sourced via a Vespa dealer in Canada that ordered it from Europe
Bar weights, Headlight Visor, and Red Oil filler plugs are from Jettin (I also have all the Jettn made tools to service my scooter)
and the one item you can't see is the VESPA MOD mudflap
couple of weeks the Scooter Lap cover will be going on (yes another goodie that had to come from Europe)
